My GG-92 series for the Beretta’s M92 series is unique in a few ways…

  • My compensator doubles as a stand-off device – a life-saving feature! Read more by clicking HERE if you haven’t heard the term.
  • Unique self-install design is with simple tools you probably already have in less than 2 minutes! This is because the GG-92 is a threadless compensator! Click HERE to read more about the unique installation process!
  • The anti-snag design helps with compatibility with most holster types! This is done by angling the corners of the compensator to a near-round shape while maintaining the same port angle – directly upwards. You can see that in every picture on here.
  • Professional level recoil reduction!
  • My design, because it is threadless and not threaded as most of the other compensators of the market are, is able to have much larger ports while maintaining a lightweight design!

Earlier, I mentioned threadless and threaded compensators. I’ll explain the difference here for those who may not know about the two types.

Both of them have their pros and cons, however because of my own experiences, preferences, and design choices, I believe that a threadless compensator is definitely the way to go for the M92 series.

That’s why the GG-92 is a threadless compensator.

  • Unmatched installation time – This thing can be installed in less than a minute after you get the hang of it!

Meaning that you can pack and go, or take it off whenever you need to because we know that you need flexibility in your products. Just take a look at this video! (Link.)
  • Cheaper installation process – You may see my price and say “Cheaper? Alan, this thing’s a luxury product!” and you’d be right, it is!

However, the GG-92’s installation cost is simply the cost of the product. With most of our threaded competitors, you’d have to not only buy a separate (around $300) threaded barrel if you don’t have one already…

Then get the barrel fitted for the compensator by a gunsmith! Now that’s a lot of shipping and labor costs, isn’t it?

With ours, you simply buy it, insert the extended guide rod, tighten the compensator to the guide rod with our custom hand-made set screw, and you’re ready to shoot!

That means that my hand-made luxury compensator is more affordable than many that may seem cheaper!
  • Easy long-term maintenance – Because of our unique installation method, we don’t add any weight to the slide. That means you don’t need a new spring for our compensator.

Should your spring bend or break for any reason, such as during handling, it would be easier to source a stock spring from Beretta rather than any compensator manufacturer.

Not only that, but our extended guide rod is made of rugged stainless steel!

There is a definite problem with them though – they’ve been nearly impossible to find for decades now!

Only gunsmiths with deep knowledge have known about this style of compensator for a while.

If you don’t believe me, look it up! You’ll see people mentioning how very few people make them, how amazingly hard it is to get in touch with those people, and how high quality the design style is.

You’ll also find my competition and see that they have far fewer methods of contact, and also won’t be as flexible with you.

Not to say that any of their products are bad or even worse than mine! Mine is just another option in the sea of the gun accessory market, but I think it’s an amazing one.

Threadless compensators for the M92 series have went by a lot of names.

  • SGS Style Compensators
  • HEC Style Compensators
  • Ric Style Compensators
  • and many other things.

Every one of these manufacturers do things just a bit differently. As for me, I make every single piece by hand and offer excellent customer service every step of the way.

The variants of the GG-92 all serve a specific purpose, and picking the right one is the key to getting the most out of your product.

The Combatant model of the GG-92 series is designed for every single one of us that wants the best features of a compensator and a stand-off device with the hyper-easy installation of the GG-92 series attachments.

The weight added by the Combatant is negligable and therefore you won’t have to bother with learning to account for the new weight of your gun – Just the reduced recoil!

Two ports means that it ports around 60% of the gas that the professional does while also maintaining a smaller design profile making it better for carrying and for every-day use!

The Professional model of the GG-92 series is designed specifically for the highest level of competitive shootists. I even named it after you guys!

If you fall within that group, or if you just want the most beastly compensator you can find…

Both of our variants function not only as compensators, but also as stand-off devices!

However if you’re a police officer, a professional security operator, or just seriously concerned about self-defense those two may not be for you…

You might just need our upcoming variant…

Which model of Beretta 92 do you have?
(Please click or tap your answer)

I have a Beretta 92FS or 92S!

I have a Beretta 92X or M9A1!

I have a Beretta 92X or M9A1 with a 4.7″ barrel!

When something presses up against the muzzle of an M9 series pistol, the gun won’t fire anymore.

That’s because it enters a state called “out of battery,” and this was originally meant to be a safety feature. However, there are certain situations in which this safety feature could kill you.

Imagine a man with a knife is running at you in the dark. You fire and hit him twice, but he doesn’t go down. Drugs will make people superhuman.

The first go without a GG-92, the gun goes out of battery and doesn’t fire. With a GG-92, any adversary is history.

He gets up to you and you push your gun into his chest, right where you know his heart is and pull the trigger.

The gun just clicks, and he stabs you to death then dies from his own blood-loss.

An alternative scenario proposed by one of our customers is that if anyone ever has you pinned down while they’re on top of you and you’re somehow able to draw your gun, it could be made useless by the out of battery feature.

However, with the GG-92 installed, the gun will still fire if something is pressed up against the muzzle.

This means that you’ll be able to continue responding even in close range scenarios where your firearm would usually fail!

It does not entirely prevent the out of battery state, nor does this involve any permanent modification to your gun. It simply physically stops things from pressing up on the muzzle.

It does this because the compensator is attached to our extended guide rod instead of using the normal method used by most compensators.

The GG-92 is just built different. Most compensators require very specific threading to attach to a certain barrel.

That means you’d have to:

  • Firstly, find the gunsmith to do this for you, because it’s unlikely you have the tooling.
  • Secondly, work out a price and pay the man.
  • Then, ship both your gun and the piece to the gunsmith.
  • Wait (for what could be weeks)
  • (Don’t forget to replace your spring, or your gun won’t work anymore.)
  • Your compensator is ready for use.

My design is simple yet super effective. The main design principle here at Griffith Guns.

Let me give you a step-by-step of our installation process.

  • Buy the compensator
  • Wait for it to arrive
  • Receive and install your compensator yourself with no permanent modification to your gun.

How?

We send you an extended guide rod to install in your gun.

The compensator bolts onto the extended guide rod, making installation just as simple as field stripping it.

You insert the guide rod into your M9, put your spring (no need for a new one) into your gun, then put your Beretta back together.

Following that it’s as simple as tightening one screw.

Don’t believe me? Just watch.

You can see clearly that if I were hurrying, I could get this thing on within 45 seconds. Amazing, isn’t it?

Especially compared to most of the other ones on the market, which take weeks of installation time.

The next amazing benefit I mentioned was…

The earlier versions of my compensator had a bit of an issue with snagging.

The reason was very simple – These earlier versions were much more square on the corners. I have amended that issue such to make the compensators easily compatible with a multitude of holsters.

Not only that, but this very important design change makes the gun super-easy to draw.

Not only that, but the three ounce weight will make sure that you don’t even feel the thing when you’re trying to draw, aim, or fire. The only thing you’ll feel is the lack of recoil.

Honestly, I’ll just let the pictures and videos speak for themselves.

As you can see, this compensator ports most of the gas directly upwards from the end of the firearm.

That’s because all of the recoil is localized directly at the tip of your gun, moving backwards and up.

That means that by moving the gas in that direction so effectively with my highly efficient ports, I’ve created enough downward pressure to almost entirely negate the recoil of the gun!

I mean seriously y’all, you can see it in action. It looks like a .22. Doesn’t it? You know it’s a 9mm.
