I hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on my return policy.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase of any one of my products, there’s just a couple of things that we have to talk about.

Firstly, my products are high end luxury products. The fact of the matter is that I’m a professional, and I haven’t had one single return because of anything on my end – It’s generally user error or incompatibility with their firearm because they didn’t check. No disrespect, that’s just the facts!

However, due to the immense financial and labor strain that accepting refunds in this way has caused me, I’m not gonna be able to refund every product no questions asked.

If the product fails on account of anything that I did, I’m willing to offer a refund minus a 40% restocking fee.

What that means is that 40% of the product’s value, in my opinion, is lost as soon as it’s handled by a customer. Think of it like a car, these are just the facts.

To make the compensator like new, I have to put in a lot of effort, y’all! Plus, a lot of people are buying these as collector’s items so that means even one scratch is not acceptable.

If you’re asking about returning the product because of anything that would be considered your fault, I’m sorry but I do not offer those kinds of refunds anymore.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Please also e-mail tim@griffithguns.com to inform him of your return and to be handled through the returns process.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
